1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and password.
• Your content: what you submit, such as questions, chats and uploaded files, and the answers PAPPAIA generates for you.
• Usage information: such as your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you use, and logs.
• Messages you send us.

2. How we use information

We may use the information we collect for any lawful purpose, including to operate and improve our services, train AI models (including large language models), communicate with you (including promotional emails you can unsubscribe from), and comply with law. You can opt out of AI training going forward in your profile. Opt-outs can take up to 30 days to take effect.

3. How we share information

We may share information with our service providers (such as Cloudflare), our affiliates, a buyer or successor of our business, other third parties for our business purposes, and others when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Your choices

In your profile you can update your name and email address, opt out of AI training, or delete your account. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in them. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under applicable law; email request@wellesleycove.com to make a request.

5. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as we choose, subject to applicable law. We make no promises about security, so don’t submit sensitive, confidential or personal information.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to keep you signed in and may use analytics tools. PAPPAIA does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. Third parties we use may collect information about your activity on PAPPAIA and on other websites over time.

7. Age

PAPPAIA is for users 18 and older.

8. Changes

We may update this policy at any time by posting a new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
